Nexa, in partnership with xyzmo SIGNificant, offers a range of electronic and digital signature solutions providing a clear and easy path to a secured paperless environment. Our solutions, including the digital stamp and the personal electronic and biometric signature, represent the basis for integrated digital processes. Stamping and signing remain as easy as ever, but are performed directly in the electronic document and can be integrated with any existing application or document workflow procedures.

SIGNificant Server

The SIGNificant Server is the basis of the all-in-one SIGNificant Suite for electronic, digital and biometric signatures, matching the needs of point of sale (POS), signature flow management, mass stamping and verifying processes. Together with the technically diverse elements of the SIGNificant Suite, the SIGNificant Server enables signing, sealing and verifying electronic documents on any machine connected to the company’s network.

SIGNificant Online Client

The SIGNificant Online Client is a web based enhancement of the SIGNificant Server, designed to automate business and organisational processes. It enables signing and sealing of electronic documents as easy as on paper. The SIGNificant Online Client enables users to streamline their company’s processes, simply by selecting the “Print” command from any application, documents are converted into forgery-proof PDF files and can be signed using any capturing device (smartcard, tablet, e-pen, local certificate, etc.).

SIGNificant Offline Client

The SIGNificant Offline Client enables signing and sealing electronic documents without the need to be connected to a network. This solution is especially suited for professionals whose working conditions don’t include online connectivity on a regular basis, or for those who wish to work offline such as field agents or small businesses. The SIGNificant Suite creates an environment allowing communication between the SIGNificant Offline Client and SIGNificant Online Client, thus the signing process can start with one and continue with the other, depending on the working conditions.

SIGNificant Biometric Server

The SIGNificant Online and Offline Client record the handwritten signature of a person (measured by pressure, acceleration, speed, rhythm and movements in the air) and embed the signature into the electronic document. The SIGNificant Biometric Server allows for the possibility to perform a real-time biometric verification of a person’s signature to the SIGNificant platform by comparing the recorded parameters of their handwritten signatures against their pre- enrolled profile.
