Project Management

Nexa liaises with clients and undertakes detailed planning to create, implement and manage a comprehensive engagement roadmap. The roadmap is broader than typical IT project plans and enables all stakeholders to clearly see the scope and scale of the full relationship between Nexa and the client. Senior management can review what will be done, from initial discovery to implementation and training to ongoing consulting and embedding practices, and also track progress against key project milestones.

Nexa follows a four phased Project Management approach: Discover, Build, Implement and Sustain.

Discovery & Gap Analysis

Nexa conducts a thorough diagnostic of the current business environment, assessing technology, people and processes to identify what is working well and opportunities for improvement. A detailed current state and performance analysis is conducted that includes management and employee interviews, observation sessions, online surveys, and detailed review and analysis of various documentation and data.

The analysis identifies sales and service frameworks, processes and behaviours that are working well for ongoing reinforcement, as well as determining key behavioural and activity gaps in processes and disciplines in order to design and develop targeted solutions.

Change Management & Training

Nexa has a structured and proven change management approach that includes stakeholder engagement, development of effective communication plans as well as integrated training strategies. Our overall change management approach takes into account critical impact areas and considers implications from an internal and external perspective.

Effective communication with key stakeholders is a key component of successful change management. Nexa has considerable experience in developing simple yet effective communication strategies that can support clients engage key stakeholders and successfully implement change programmes.

We have a number of business consultants who are familiar with the principles and methodology of process excellence and have considerable experience in the successful delivery of significant change initiatives.

Support Services

After initial implementation and training, Nexa also provides ongoing relationship based consulting and support services to assist clients embed desired behaviours and processes, and achieve results over the long term.

Nexa conducts regular meetings /teleconferences with key stakeholders and if required, annual reviews to assess the overall performance. As part of this review, recommendations will be provided that assist clients reinforce areas that are working well and address any areas that require improvement. Nexa is also able to leverage its alliances with our strategic partners to provide information to clients on global best practices. Our experience shows that sharing such information and learning from other case studies can be useful in gaining key insights and lifting performance over the long term.
