NEXA Sponsors NLGCSN 2012 Conference in Sydney

NEXA was pleased, once again, to be a Gold sponsor of the 2012 NLGCSN conference.  NLGCSN (National Local Government Customer Service Network) held their annual conference on 17th & 18th May 2012 at the Penrith Panthers Conference Centre, Sydney. The theme of the conference was “Renew from Within” and looked at improving customer service through internal attitudes, practices and shared skills.

Mike Wheble addressed the conference to provide an overview of Q-Flow and discussed the latest technology trends around customer experience.

NEXA has always worked extremely closely with the NLGCSN and to date has councils such as Burwood, City of Ryde, Coffs Harbour, Gosford, Lake Macquarie, Marrickville, Newcastle City Council, Tweed Shire, Waverley, Wollongong and City of Sydney all using Q-Flow.
